Dynamic and direct, Jenna motivates individuals, executives and corporations as a certified life coach and certified executive coach. She coaches businesses through corporate assessments, strategic planning, group coaching and corporate team building. She works one-on-one with executives to guide them toward the life they want.

Before becoming a life and executive coach, Jenna worked in the corporate world. She inspired staff and created strong teams that led to top-level management success. She also coached numerous athletes, helping them fulfill their individual potential and become successful team players. Life and Executive coaching seemed a natural next step.

Based on Vancouver Island, she is now president and owner of J. Forster & Associates. Working with a professional team of life coaches, executive coaches, strategic planners,  motivational speakers and a marketing specialist, Jenna currently coaches individuals, executives and companies in Canada and the United States.

She is a certified life coach by the Academy of Coach Training, has received executive coach training at The Coaches Training Institute and is a certified executive coach through The Rescue Institute.
